At DKH, we house the Competence Center for Plastic Components. The increasing demand for plastic components has led Andra Tech Group to consolidate knowledge and infrastructure in this area. In addition to DKH, both Jatec and Visietech have contributed to the establishment of the Competence Center for Plastic Components, which is located at our facility in Schijndel.
Within the Competence Center, we have access to multiple machines that are exclusively used for the manufacturing of plastic components. Currently, the Competence Center for Plastic Components includes the following equipment:
5-axis milling machines (automated)
3-axis milling machines
CNC lathes (automated)
The market is placing increasing demands on the sustainability and reliability of products, and at DKH we are committed to meeting those standards. Upon request, we can manufacture in accordance with various regulations, such as EU 10/2011, EU 1935/2004, and EU 2023/2006, including the corresponding Certificate of Compliance (CoC).
